After placing your order, please send the following information:

Once your details have been received, a digital design mock-up will be prepared and sent for your approval before printing begins.

Returns Information

As each personalised T-shirt is made to order, custom printed items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

• The item arrives damaged or faulty
• An incorrect item, size, colour or print has been supplied due to our error

Please check all spelling, artwork, sizing and design details carefully before approving the final mock-up.

For non-personalised items (where applicable), returns are accepted within 30 days provided the item is unworn, unwashed and returned in its original condition.
